Information we collect

For booking requests we collect selected destination region, dates, traveller names, contact email and telephone number. For contact messages we collect your submitted name, email, optional phone number and message. Staff sign-ins also create administrative sessions.

How we use it

We use information to register requests, identify travellers on sample records, show status to the person who supplies the correct reference and email, and answer questions. No authentic insurance policy is issued or underwritten by this website.

Data storage and security

Booking records are saved in the site's configured MySQL database. Only authenticated administrators can access its dashboard. We use server-side validation, prepared SQL statements, CSRF tokens, and session cookies. Please configure HTTPS and secure server backups before launch.

Sharing and retention

When Razorpay is enabled, checkout is provided by Razorpay, which processes payment details under its own privacy policies. We save Razorpay order ID, payment ID, captured/refund status and dates but do not save your card number, CVV or bank credentials. No automatic insurer sharing is built in. The site operator must establish and publish a retention schedule and legal contact details appropriate to its jurisdiction.

Your choices

Contact the site administrator to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and lawful retention needs. The operator should update this template with verified company details and jurisdiction-specific requirements before accepting real users.
